Have been reading different Japanese murder mysteries recently. This book was an enjoyable read.
Started out quite dark and really morbid. But then it was quite a smooth read. I enjoyed the little author's messages that made me pause and think about the clues again to try to guess who the murderer. I managed to correctly narrow down the pool of suspects but failed to identify specifically who the murderer was. I wasn't able to guess the motive too. Whelp, I'm definitely not a super sleuth but it was an enjoyable read nonetheless!

I love a good murder mystery, but I was halfway through the book and still didn’t give an F about any of the characters. There was no human element to the storytelling, imo.
It got boring because the narrative was too dry and everything felt repetitive. I like detective whodunnits but this was too dry for me. I might pick it up later.

Gokil selama baca buku ini, you will be amazed by the pictures in this book. So detailed, with a neat plot, a lot of character descriptions but made clearer by the list of character names, a fascinating plot twist, and the way the author tells the story and analyzes one by one the cases and victims in it is very extraordinary. I am amazed by this book, and just need 3 days to finish this book. A must-read book.
