Dit boek was net zo leuk als dat het was in mijn herinnering. Ik vond de broer en zus relatie heel realistisch, waardoor het boek goed te lezen was. Want ik heb vaak moeite met broer en zus relaties, omdat ze onrealistisch. want als broer en zus heb je ruzie niet alles is altijd perfect, maar dat neemt niet weg dat nog steeds veel van elkaar houdt. Dit zag ik in de relatie van Julia en Jason. En daarnaast was Rick een prima karakter. En wat ik vooral leuk vind aan het boek is de cliffhanger, want hierdoor wilde ik perse het vervolg lezen.

Het boek is heel spannend. zo spannend dat het bijna zielig is. Ik ga nu het tweede deel lezen.

I just.... Ugh! just when it gas getting interesting I realized (too late) it was the first volume! It is a good book, but you see, I had it in my bookshelf for, like, more than five years, more or less, and when I was hoping to rest with a light, good, children's book (that it is), I was also expecting to be the only volume 'cause I'm a book sagas freak with a lot of incomplete sagas in my bookshelves.
So now I have one more (sigh)
Anyway, I did like it, so I hope it gets better in the second one ^^
