It felt really similar to an 8th year dramione fic if it was set in present day/US. Both MCs were academic and athletic rivals, they shared a dark past where MMC is the reason why the FMC is an outcast. He gives in to his feelings and falls for her. The line between hate and love is thin, right?

This just gives me butterflies, I really love a good enemies to lovers romance and this didn’t fail to deliver... book 2 here I come... give me more!!!!!

The manipulation and just a man that thinks only the rich should get richer and poor should get poorer. For someone so fucking dumb he’s smart for manipulating someone so perfectly. I’m at 58% and I’m not sure if dnfing it or not. I’m definitely not going to continue reading it tonight.

If you love angst and competitive people and kinda rude jocks, this is a must read. One of the authors ,Sam, is completely the queen of angst and I’m all about it. Love this, especially in these crazy times.
