Not for me. Art didn't have as much detail as I would have liked. The Culling was confusing for someone like me, a novice to comic books. Had no idea what was going on, and had to do too much research to follow along. Cassie's Wonder Girl origins at the end will keep me going on in this series. Not sure if I will skip the Death of the Family volume or not.

Crap. This is crap. Total crap. There are a lot of things happeing at the same time and in the wrong order, and sub plots and ideas I don't even see how to connect with the main idea. The actual "Culling" was just a portion of the entire volume, everything else had no link to it, the characters are just the same as they were in the first volume, the ideas and context are simply plain... Also, how is it that Tim Drake hasn't told the team his real name? That's ridiculous.

The Culling was cool, but the best part about this was the DC Universe Presents issue with Kid Flash, it was hilarious! Starting to get to know these characters better and enjoy the series more. It was also cool to get the origin story of Red Robin, even if it wasn't as traumatic as other origin stories.

This biggest problem is that there are HUGE chunks in the major arc, The Culling, missing from this graphic novel. I can honestly say I have no clue what really happened there. But the arc AFTER that was quite good.

Now I have to find the Superboy comics as well as The Legion, so I can finally figure out what happened in The Culling.

Not as good as volume 1 and I think you need to read a comic that happens i between to understand some of it...

Most of those stars are for the beginning of the Wonder Girl story. Most of the other stories were incomplete because, I guess, they are part of different heroes' volumes. Stupid crossovers. :P

I get why people didn't like this book, but ultimately it's a matter of DC not collecting trades correctly. Full review http://eurydicehowell.com/2016/03/03/teen-titans-2011-vol-iv-vol-2-the-culling/

Most bad reviews come from the same idea: I can't follow the story because it is a crossover. I find that stupid. The book does exactly what it says on the back. it collects issuses 8 to 14. If you would have had them in their original comicbook for would that have been a problem? I don't think so. Judgeing a collection with the expectation of a story is useless.

Know what you are geting and you will not be dissapointed. I was not by all the pieces of the new 52 universe I found here
