I just couldn’t get into the pacing or the narrator’s voice and accent.

This was an engaging historical novel that brings the story of Lambert Simnel, a boy caught in the chaos during the Wars of the Roses to life. The story has rich details and with the author's sharp storytelling, it makes medieval England feel vivid and real. It's a good historical fiction read with a good mix of intrigue, and political drama. If you enjoy lesser-known history told with heart, this one’s worth a read.

Literary historical fiction, the vocabulary was so unique.  I listened to some of this on Spotify and the narration was excellent.

The middle dragons bitten he’s in Henry’s service but otherwise good. Reader of audio version is very good.
