Hello Officer!

I will be honest --- this book took me a while to get into. I'm not sure what it was but I struggled with it until about the 20% mark. After that things really got rolling for me and I was all in. I generally really liked the FMC. The MMC was kind of whatever for me. The breakout star for me? The baby mama! I loved her and I loved how all of the characters interacted with her and I loved the way the writing wrote the co-parenting where there was love and respect between the MMC and his daughter's mom but it never felt like there were any kind of lingering feelings between him and her so it was completely open and comfortable with the FMC. Definitely a cute read!
