I started this book with promise. The premise and the beginning had me feeling confident I would like it. For most of it I did. But, without spoilers, I really didn't like the ending. More than dislike, I felt that the ending didn't deliver on the premise of the story. When does the desire to live out a fantasy turn to obsession and should those around you suffer for it? If it wasn't for the fact that it I found the book to be well written and an original concept, it would have been a 2 star.

This was actually going well until Hanna became utterly ridiculous and what was the point of that whole last scene?

Once every while I give (sub)genre's I've previously disliked another chance.
This was one, and it wasn't a good one.

What irked me most was that the woman is said to be smart, but I see nothing of that.
Instead she came across ass a pouty 16 year old.
The language used would also fit better if she was a 16 young adult.

I skimmed through most of the latter part to see if it got better. No such luck, it got worse.
