I loved this book! For each event (like sprinting, high jumping...), four
"competitors" are introduced with information about habitat and food source. The winner of the four is announced on the next page, followed by information about human record holders. I liked the illustrations. This is a great book for elementary students!

It is an okay book about the animals that are the best in different categories. The illustrations are cute and cartoon-like. I think this would be a good add to collections with animal crazy kids.
