Too insta lust and insta love

10/10

This book was amazing, you could feel the love these two had for eachother the burn they had. This book made me smile many times and I had to fan myself a couple times too.

Great read

I really loved the storyline and especially how it all came together. I gave 4 stars for the writing... A lot of half sentences and repetition, I skimmed thru a lot of that. But its a great story!

This was a mood read here for the vibes kind of book.  First I want to say that I loved the plot and story of this book.   There are twists and turns and things I didn’t see coming which added to the suspense.   And the characters are amazing.   I love the dark vs light metaphors throughout.   It’s definitely a slow burn but when it finally ignites - 🥵.  I love how the FMC and MMC both have their own problems and traumas that they help each other heal from.   And I am always down for a man that will burn down the world to protect his woman!!!

Now my reasons for the stars was the writing style.  It just threw me off.  And some of the sentences a character would say didn’t even count as full sentences - just thoughts but it didn’t sound like the dialogue was for a thought and it was all just different and something I wasn’t used to I guess.  Felt like there was a lot of fluff for no reason.   And I’m sorry but it is not an enemies to lovers story.   There may have been some angst between them at first, but it wasn’t caused by enemy feelings - just a denial of what they really felt.

I did enjoy it and plan on reading the other stories in Redemption Hills!! 3.5⭐️

Bad boy single dad meets Christian school teacher

I loved this book from start to finish. Lawson has his demons but he is a great dad and really is trying to leaving his past behind him. Eden has always been the good daughter and now it's put her in a ruff place trying to bail her out of a financial jam. She ends up working in a night club to come up with some extra cash but never dreamed she would have to resist falling for her boss and his son. This book melted my heart and had a unexpected turn that keep me on my toes. I know I will be reading more of A.L. Jackson.
