It was fun! I mean, if you know what you're in for. A quick, horrifying read on the sofa in one sitting. At times  it felt like the prose was working a little harder than it needed to, simply for the sake of itself, but for something so short it didn't really bother me.

I want you to go town to your local bookstore and purchase a copy of “Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke.” I have wired the essential funds to your bank account. Then you are going to sit in your chair at home and open the book. Do not get out of the chair until you have finished the entire little nasty thing in it’s entirety. You will probably become more uncomfortable the further you read, but I know you will stick it out for me. There will be consequences if you do not do this.
