I really liked the first story and it really stuck with me.
The second story was fine but feels ultimately forgettable and the last story felt incomplete and like a last minute add one that needed more time to be worked out.

I enjoyed the connecting themes of the human desire for connection to others, often at the expense of themselves, as well as the religious imagery. Overall, I think that the second two stories just drag down the first, and while I think the second story is worth the read, the third definitely isn’t in my opinion, and neither come close to the first.
