I really enjoyed Hardin’s point of view. The different characters telling their story helps out too so you get a better understanding of everyone. I think I liked his version better than After. Excellent ending to this series!

To me, this was an unnecessary addition to the series. Seeing Book 1 in Hardin’s perspective was cool, but I’m glad I borrowed the copy from a friend. I would have been irritated if I spent money on the practically the same book twice.

I loved the added perspectives that give extra backstory to certain characters but the majority of the book was a retelling of the first book but from Hardin’s perspective. I liked getting to see his perspective, especially in the way he falls in love with her but I just felt like I was reading the first book again. I am glad to have completed the series and really enjoyed the ending.

As much as I enjoyed this, I wish there was more.

I loved reading other character’s POV, as it made things become clearer and made much more sense, especially with Steph and Molly. Reading Vance’s POV was a bit strange as I didn’t personally see the need for it. However, Hardin OBVIOUSLY stole the show.

I’m a sucker for this fictional man, but damn, do I wish we could see more of his POV during other scenes from After. Things seemed to be going in order, and then BAM! It started skipping scenes. Like, they go from staying at Ken’s house to saying “I love you” to each other as if there was nothing in between? With how many times it was mentioned in the other books that he wanted to back out of the Bet, I feel like we didn’t get any of that.

However, I absolutely loved reading Hardin’s POV and watching him fall in love with Tessa. Seeing him already slowly become a different person with her was so cute. The way he treats Smith? I was balling my eyes out. The ending was absolutely precious.

I’m happy, yet sad, to have finally finished this series. I already feel myself having a book hangover, and I need to go lie down. ❤️❤️

This book is a 3.5 for me

Even though I am ADDICTED to the after series, this book didn’t really do anything for me, yes it is Hardin’s pov but, it’s literally the same, I still think it’s worth owning the physical copy and giving it a go just to see his pov and to say you’ve read it, but if you don’t, you won’t miss anything

After reading After it was boring to reread what happened for me.
