Well, as the 3 stars say, I liked it... but not too much.
Christie is one of my favourites anyway, but I don't really like Tommy and Tuppence very much (I'll always be a fan of Poirot!).
This is the second of Christie's books, and it was published originally in 1922, which means that, even tough the story is very interesting and engaging, the style and language is quite "out of fashion", and it says things that would be considered "politically incorrect" nowadays, but they were perfectly fine back then

Non ci posso credere. Sono stata rigirata dai personaggi ancora una volta. Più che un mistero, questo libro assomiglia più a un thriller però scorre molto piacevolmente e attira il lettore. Carino, senza troppe pretese.
I can't believe it, the characters totally deceived me! More than once! This novel is more of a thriller than a mystery but it's very enjoyable and it captivates the reader. Nice work, it doesn't expect too much of itself.

I love Agatha Christie. She always makes me guess and does a great job of character development. This was fun book even though I had it figured out. I listened to the audio book and loved the reader's accent.

Thanks to our heroes, those no good dirty socialists from the Labour party were thwarted, the workers strike was squashed before it could even begin, and the multi millionaire got to marry his cousin. Who could ask for a happier ending!
