the enemies to lovers goes crazy. when do they become lovers ???? (screaming, crying, and throwing up).
my thoughts on the bonds:
gryphon is my favorite. i’m on the fence with north and gabriel (gabriel has higher ranking). i don’t trust atlas for some reason (unknown as to why). nox can kindly (or not so kindly) fuck off.
overall: loved this book and can’t wait to dive more into the series. the only thing that bothered me was the amount of times she said fuck in the beginning of the book (yes, i say it a lot, but it was mildly annoying at first).

I'm a little confused about the flow of the story. I think I need to read the next book to be able to grasp the story. At first, I hated the fmc because she was so unreasonable and loves to speak foul words.
this is one of those books that’s so mind-numbingly bad that you just have to keep reading to see how much worse it can get.
if you enjoyed this, might i direct you toward the billions of words written by 15 year olds in 2013 about y/n being sold to one direction? literally the exact same thing as this except the girlies who wrote 1d fanfiction actually cared about writing an interesting harem.

This is actually so funny, and I am literally going to read the next book right now
Is this the best book ever? Best piece of literature I've ever read? Probably not. Did I gobble it down? Absolutely.

Is it literature? No. Did I devour it? Yes.
I clicked on Broken Bonds because it was an RH and I LOVED the cover. Seriously, I mean look at it, it's gorgeous. The story inside this beautiful book totally surpasses the cover, which is saying something.
Broken Bonds is my first introduction to J. Bree. To say I will be one-clicking her books for the rest of forever is an understatement, but let me get into the story.
Oli ran away from her Bonds, the people in her life that were meant to love and cherish her beyond everything five years ago. She was flying under the radar, not using her gifts and hiding from her Bonds and the organization that really wants her until she's found and dragged back to face her Bonds. To say they loathe her would be an understatement. She's now forced to attend college with students and her Bonds who hate her and she's chipped like a dog with only a small range of area around the college that she's allowed to go.
I don't want to give much more away about the story, cuz I don't want to give any spoilers away, but I will say Broken Bonds is an absolute must-read. I freaking loved Oli. She's strong, fierce, and was just an all-around enjoyable character to be in reading about. Despite being treated like garbage she never intentionally hurts those around her and I love how she was so caring for the ones she loved.
Her Bonds were interesting as well. I was a bit sad we didn't get any insight into their thoughts with alternative POV's, which would usually have me lowering my ratings a bit, but that didn't happen here. Broken Bonds was flawless. It ends on a cliffhanger and I know I'm going to be going crazy until I can find out if my characters are going to get a HEA.

The writing, especially in the first couple books isn’t the best. The FMC’s character is a bit annoying at first, felt like she was trying to come off too hard as ‘not like other girls’ but really picked up through the series. The plot and character development was insanely entertaining. Loved the enemies to lovers dynamics in the first book.
