I came to the realisation about 20% in that I’m just too old for the target audience here. As a teenager this would’ve been my shit but as an adult facing yet another recession i just wanted to slap her. Girl, I am BEGGING for five attractive rich men to come take care of me for the rest of my life, please stop whining. 

However, that’s a me issue. As far as a trashy supernatural romance goes it’s exactly what you ask for and actually has a really interesting world/‘magic’ system. I’ll probably read the rest because the plot is intriguing enough but with plenty of breaks in between to shake off the melodramatics.

This is more of a bully romance than I'd originally thought, but I loved it nonetheless. I have a couple clear favorites in this series so far and can't wait to see how their gifts show up going forward. Ultimately, I'm wondering how O's gift will show up and what the heck it is.

I love this concept, but the first half of the book was kinda boring and the world building was boring and pretty confusing at first. I’m definitely going to continue reading this series though
