The ending redeemed the early on terrible writing.
LOL all of that for a cliffhanger??? This is the worst book I’ve ever “freaking” read, only finished because it’s for a book club. I’m convinced the author is not an adult lady but actually a 14 y/o that just learned about curse words. Terrible writing, I hated Olie, and I was promised steamy sex WHERE was the steamy sex?? So rapey! Zero stars.

At first, I wasn’t sure if this book would be for me, but the more I read, the more I enjoyed it. The writing style is addictive and I finished this book in two days. I really do like the storyline, and I’m eager to find out how the story will continue — but it is quite dark. I am not sure if bully romance really is up my alley.
It didn’t really bother me at first, but then the scene with Nox happened, and I really didn’t like how that situation was described and how it was handled. I’m not sure the author can turn this into a wholesome love story between Oli and Nox after that.
The vulgar language didn’t bother me much, and I like the concept that each book gets spicier than the one before. So let’s see how the story turns out.
