Valera is strong, determined, talented, and interesting. Her husband is patient, kind, and determined. I love them as a couple and when things go wrong I was so sad but glad she was determined to make it right.

This story was not fast paced, but I enjoyed the relationship between the MC’s. I wanted the MC to ask Erolas so many questions during their nights together. She barely asked any, and most of her questions were dumb. He was always kind and patient — she had no reason to NOT ask him things. I know, *plot*, but those things make the reading experience frustrating. Also, Valera’s inability to understand anything, walk, or ask a question at the end of the book drove me absolutely insane.
The writing was good — it flowed nicely and was well done. Overall it was an enjoyable read.
