This short story made me realize why I hate 98% of children. Nothing but cruel bullies.

"And then, of course, the biggest crime of all was that she had come here only five years ago from Earth, and she remembered the sun and the way the sun was and the sky was when she was four in Ohio."
Heartbreaking.
Honestly one of the best shortstories I've ever read. Ray Bradbury broke my heart in four pages and it was it.

Masterfully written and heartbreaking.
I feel that short stories are successful when you wish they were longer, and it is certainly the case with this one.

I want a physical manifestation of this. The boot itself. Idc if it's the hardbound or the paperback issue.
