My kingdom for Dolly!!! I saw Dolly at a live show/interview a couple weeks ago, and it really felt like talking to one of my best friends. She is just so empathetic, compassionate, and no-bullshit, and that shines through this collection of advice columns. As usual, Dolly nails what it's like to be a millennial women, with all the knowledge of feminism and all the trappings of patriarchy, and everything she said really resonated with me. It's a beautiful reminder that it's easy to feel alone but we're really not, and it made me feel a lot of love for the women in my life who struggle with all of these things. I'll read everything Dolly ever writes, I love her!

A collection of columns/responses categorized into different themes (e.g. friendship, etc.). Dolly herself narrates and she brings a fun energy to her responses!

I loved the first chapter - a reflective essay on her journey and process in collecting, her approach to being a "misery aunt".
