Wordless picture book about a field trip to the moon. A child is LEFT BEHIND on the moon?!? Coloring, aliens, graffiti, and unexpected friendships.

Cute.

This one, I swear, tugs at your heart strings! I caught myself gasping with worry, giggling at silliness, and then sighing with relief!
The artwork is absolutely delightful, but it's the actual concept of the story that I love the most!!!

Tbh I'm mostly shocked that I'm remembering all these picture books off the top of my head

This was my first wordless picture book, and it did not disappoint! I think I found it more enjoyable than a lot of other picture books because, as an adult, I could kind of add my own funny dialogue and tone in my mind which made it even more enjoyable. Space aliens love to color, I mean don't we all :) So good!

This is one of the best wordless books I've read! The class in this book is off on a field trip in their yellow spaceship bus - they're headed to the moon. One student brings along crayons and a pad of paper and sneaks away to draw. The student falls asleep and wakes up to find that the bus and class have left. What else is there to do but draw while waiting to be rescued? You will love what happens while the student waits. It adds humor and heart to this already amazing wordless book.
