This was so good. I read it in under 24 hours! I loved the tropes it had but also that it didn’t rely on them too much. I loved the cameos and characters from other books. The conflicts felt realistic and in-character. The fmc’s conflict that is revealed made sense and hit me emotionally.

it reminded me very much of should’ve, could’ve, would’ve😢

My only issue is that I felt the fmc forgave the mmc too fast at the end but to be fair he did work for it.

Definitely my favourite of the series! I loved following Penny who loves animals and needs to overcome her fear of getting back into society. The romance was the perfect blend of sweet and hot. I can't believe I have to wait so long for book 4.

Everyone's back in the one, I loved Chase and Ash's dynamic. The three men trying to help the goat give birth was easily one of the funniest scenes in the series so far. And Chase's wards are morbid flower girls.
