Penny is our sweet, quirky and animal loving main character. I definitely connected with Penny more than our other main character the Duke of ruin. I wish the romance was a little more slow burn as they get together fairly early in the book, and it felt a bit like lust at first sight. I loved seeing all the characters from the previous books. My biggest complaint is that it felt like their was constant conflict of back in forth of breaking up and then getting back together.
