I've had this book on my kindle for a while now so I was excited to pull it out of my Kindle TBR jar. My biggest complaint about this book is the MMC Daemon Black. I couldn't stand him. He was such a jerk and seemingly for no reason. His reasoning is revealed at some point in the book but he never redeems himself. His has his nice moments but then he ruins it by opening his damn mouth. I honestly wanted to throw my phone across the room several times while reading this because he was pissing me off so much. Everything else about the book was good. I'm intrigued by the story enough to continue on in the series and I've been told it gets better from here so I am counting on that. Also I know I said I hated Daemon and I do however I still wanted him and Katy to be together.

I dropped it at 112 pages. Knowing that the love interest is a love interest and that they are an alien made this difficult to read since that doesn't happen in the first 112 pages and there isn't even any implication of that being where the story's going. The marketing definitely did the book a disservice by spoiling it through the synopsis.

It’s a very entertaining book. I know the idea may sound weird or insane but it is actually a ver fun ya book. I read this when I was around 12 and I fell in love with it then, and it’s still good now that I reread it. I truly recommend giving it a try

February 2018: I suppose a lot can happen in 2 years. I guess that can summarize what happened with me and this series. I didn't remember much about this book, but that I was swooning over the romance; now I'm wondering why. Oh well. 3/5 stars
January 2016: okay so this book basically ruined my life. i went into this knowing it was about aliens and romance and that's still enough to sell me on it. 5/5 stars
The four star rating is the average of the two ratings for this book.

it was okay
It took me far longer than it should have to read this book. I think that is is more suited for a teenage or YA audience. There was not much to captivate me.

This book had me gripped from page 1 and I could not put it down. I am obsessed.
I fell in love with the characters and the story.
It is so unique and I have never read a book about aliens before so this was interesting.
I laughed so much in this book and loved every second.
I loved Dameon and Dee. They are so amazing and I love Katy's relationship with each of them.
I can't wait for the next book!!

This book didn't really fall along the lines of my romance binge but it was good nonetheless. The romance wasn't the main interest but about the male lead. I can't wait to read the next one because I feel like the whole series is trying to get Katy to date Daemon.
