rating is mostly for the gorgeous writing because i feel like i would need to read this at least five times to understand what was going on ngl, i have no idea how this works chronologically, and i barely understand the changes in perspective. i really loved the poetic prose and also occasional actual poetry, thought it was beautiful, but i’m again not sure i understood literally any of it. definitely wanna read it again
