It's genuinely not a bad book if you're okay with gore. It's very descriptive of gore. I just couldn't finish it due to the lack of quotations around dialogue. I know that's the authors style, I just didn't think it'd be as difficult to follow as it was. I plan on trying it again some day.

What a book. At the same time beautiful and wholly repulsive.
