This was a decent book to read for entertainment value. I was never really bored except for maybe the first couple of chapters were slow going. The characters were interesting enough.

I guess the biggest problem I had with the book was that it felt like there was no plot. It never really got going, and then all of a sudden the story was over. I don't know if I'll read the next in the series.

I thought this would be a fun journey down memory lane. But upon re-read, I realized that this book is worse than I remembered.

I cringed and rolled my eyes more times than it should be humanly possible.

The fat-phobia, heteronormativity, brutally straight vibes and gender roles gave me the ick.

However, buddy-reading this with my friend was so much fun bc we could just rant about it together.

Habe dieses Buch für eine Hausarbeit das ungefähr zehnte mal gelesen, und natürlich mal wieder geliebt. Absolutes Herzensbuch, ich liebe den Humor, die Charaktere und einfach die Handlung sehr. Alles alles alles ist toll und versetzt mich in die zwölfjährige Sarah, die dieses Buch das erste mal liest und liebt. Immer wieder einen Reread wert (auch wenn der Sub das nicht so toll findet - das Herz dafür umso mehr) habe das mal wieder gebraucht und werde jetzt eine wundervolle Hausarbeit darüber schreiben können. LIEBE vor allem für den Schreibstil. Hach, es war einfach wieder toll und schön und das es eine Empfehlung ist, ist klar oder? Lesen!!!
