If you want a light-hearted book with real heart, consider this one.  And if you like stories about middle-aged women with a lot to offer, consider this one.  Also, a love letter to music.  I very much enjoyed this one!

The premise sounded promising, but there were way too many things happening.

I was really excited to read this because I’m a musician, but in my opinion it was a bit too cliché and there is little depth in the characters. It’s good if you want a quick and easy read, but I feel that it’ll be a novel that will be easily dated since it makes a lot of reference to current culture.

I loved this book! You don’t have to love music or have ever played piano to enjoy this book BUT if you love classical music I think you’ll really enjoy this story.
It’s heartwarming and moving. Maybe my favorite read of the year.

4.5 stars. This unique contemporary fiction book with a comedic bent was such a pleasant surprise and nothing like I was expecting. I love books that explore the interconnectedness of humanity, and this one did it in such a clever way. I wanted just a little more from the ending, but I loved this overall!
