I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! IT WAS PERFECT AND EVERYTHING THAT I WANTED! Okay, maybe not everything but close enough.

Crown of Midnight starts with Celaena's new job : the King's Champion. She goes wherever and kill whoever the King wants dead. Or so the King thought. As she fights for her freedom, Celaena struggles to choose what she wants for herself : her freedom, her happiness, or revenge.

I only know a few authors that have the capability of wrecking my emotions : Colleen Hoover, Rick Riordan, John Green etc. and Sarah J. Maas just easily made her way to that list. It's been two books and it feels like i've read a whole series when I read each book.

It's always full of action, banter and good romance. I can tell each book in this series is just going to be better than the one before it. We still have the same characters and it's surprising to see how much one whole winter can twist the events and change them. I can't decide whether to put Nehemia and Elena in the good or evil category because of what they did to wake up Celaena. Chaol and Fleetfoot are my favorite characters from this book. Celaena's guard dog was just as cute as her lover and it couldn't get any better than that.

Overall, Crown of Midnight is an another job well done by Sarah J. Maas and definitely a must read!
