Catching Fire is such a good book. I love the world it builds on and the characters it adds. After reading Sunrise on the Reaping, it made me appreciate Catching Fire even more. 

To me, Catching Fire is my Avengers: Age of Ultron, which might sound weird at first, but let me explain. We have our set group of main characters that we already know and love from the first book. Everyone is having a good(ish) time, and we get to spend time with them and enjoy them. Then we get introduced to the new set of characters that at first, we’re a little hesitant about, but by the end, we love and adore them. We root for them. We’re scared for them. They become important characters of the story. Just like in Age of Ultron. We’re not doing anything crazy yet. Everyone is getting along, but it’s obvious that we’re building to something important. This is why Age of Ultron is my favorite, and why Catching Fire is my favorite. I will die on both of these hills. 

Anyways, Suzanne, as always, I love you and yet I’m scared of you.
