This was a very underwhelming book to read. I think my expectations were quite high based on the past two books in the  trilogy , however, I will say that the ending in a way it’s bittersweet yet has me yearning for more. I do feel like some parts of the story were very unnecessary as well as others being very rushed. The trial itself was difficult to read because there were moments that I felt were either missing more critical information or moments that were not needed within the story. Overall, the book was a wonderful read. There were moments where I was laughing out loud, moments, where I was crying my eyes out, and moments where I just could not the very next part of the book. I wish there was a fourth book to this series that went into other characters and their story arcs, as well as maybe a little bit more of the human versus demon relationship.

Book 3 (the last of The Demon Queen Trials Series)

Thoughts/Series Review:
• So this was the last book to this series, & overall I enjoyed the series as a whole & individually! Out of all the books, I think this book was my favorite! Mainly because we finally saw everything come full circle and wrapped up wonderfully

The ending was incredibly unsatisfying and implies heavily that this story is unfinished. Very disappointing because the first two books were very well done.
