I’ve never been into sports, let alone sports manga or anime but this is great! I found myself genuinely laughing and I think I need to continue the series / watch the anime! The art style is interesting… (I swear, these “highschoolers” are on steroids) but I love it. Sakuragi, a freshman, is trying to impress his crush by joining the basketball team. After calling the coach a gorilla (who turns out to be the older brother of his crush) and beating him in a game of basketball, Sakuragi joins the team and it's not what he expected. Overall, this book has personality, humor, and your typical teen sitcom storyline which I definitely recommend!
