This book was so captivating. If I could, I probably would have read this in a day.
I didn't know where this book was going, but I was totally here for it.
Really enjoyed it.

The cover of this book is what really drew me in. I don't know what it is exactly, but the cartoon diner and little red truck felt a little nostalgic for simpler times. The stories were well-written, mostly. I was impressed with the cleverness of how the author connected each story to the next until it came full circle at the end.

However, the stories were a little boring. I get the small-town-everyday-life vibe, but I was expecting something with a little more mystery, intrigue, action... just something.

This book was so interesting! I loved how the chapters were and how all the characters connected together in some way and got to see more of each character that was introduced.

I enjoyed a few of the stories and I really liked the way each story was connected to each other, but unfortunately this just wasn’t super memorable

A heartfelt collection of interconnected short stories about small-town teenagers in 90's north-west USA.

The writing style was really enjoyable, a perfect level of showing over telling, and the characters felt so real and true to the diverse range of teenage experiences showcased.

I can already tell I'll be thinking about some of these characters for a long while.
