This was a fun novella, featuring an enemies to lovers arc between Mara and Liam. Liam started out as broody and grumpy, and it was fun watching the pair start to get to know each other. Their dynamic together was both awkward and cute. I wish more of Mara’s work in STEM was included, but I also recognize it’s hard to fit everything into a short novella. I listened to the audio and the narrator did a great job. The narration was clear and easy to understand, even when sped up and it really helped bring the story to life.
