I never read the original series but I am living for this updated version! The Twisted Sisters delivered a solid fangโn treat. I prefer the darker romantasy/paranormal themes. This had the angst, action, high-stakes, banter, feisty heroines, ruthless heroes, and all the delicious tension I have come to crave from their books. Some sections dragged a bit but the effort is always worth it. The first book tends to do more legwork for the remainder of the series. I cannot wait to see how these characters and their relationships evolve.
I didnโt know who he was or why he wanted me. I only knew one thing. I was his.
