Enjoyable read that includes a woman starting over, a cafe, light romance, and bits of magic. I truly enjoyed the book, and cared about a good number of the characters - I dinged it a bit because I was pretty certain I knew how things would progress and end, and I was right. It was still highly readable, because of the setting and the character quirks.

Such a good book. I would reread again. It's a small town book but not a romance. Might reread and re-rate later but overall really nice. Wish i read it faster.
4 stars because it did exactly what I wanted it to, and did it well. It gave me a heart warming story that felt safe as I snuggled under my blankets, escaping the world. It was charming, enjoyable, immersive, and soothing.
Would I recommend it as a great novel? No. Would I recommend it to a friend who was stressed and in need of a safe, easy escape. Absolutely yes.
