I absolutely loved it.
I wasn’t sure at first because I don’t know much about hunchback of Notre dame story etc, only the old cartoon film from way back.. which is exactly how I pictured Quasimodo through this entire book despite my efforts..
Claude is such a good character, I love the dominance as well as the softness. Despite having a clear image of Claude in my head, mostly I pictured Brianne from GOT…
The only thing that threw me with this book was the term “menses” .. 🤣 it just came across so teenage like..
Overall I did really enjoy it, and I’ll be reading the rest

Interesting idea but I feel like the execution could be better. Really would have benefited from further editing as there were quite a few grammatical errors etc. Would have liked to read more of the series but the writing is just too much of a struggle for me.
