The beginning was very slow going. Lots of set up but the last half was WONDERFUL!!! The twists and turns WOW didn’t see it coming!!
I liked this one much better than the last in the series. The same kooky characters and dark mystery that you're used to with Rowling, but with a political twist - which is a logical and satisfying direction for her.

I have indeed read the entire book... BUT I WANT MORE WHY IS IT OVER
Not as good as the previous Cormoran Strike mysteries due to conflict being set up through miscommunication, but still an enjoyable mystery to sink my teeth into over the holidays.

The story was interesting at first, the opening was so promising, but it simply took too long to get to the bottom of the ‘mystery.’ There was 648 pages of detail, colour, travel bits and fluff, it was just too much for me. I will give Galbraith a pass for the next while.

I am not sure if the 3rd book of the series has a slow start or if it was the reader. I love this series, this book is much longer and the web is perfectly spun! It felt like a slower start and it's not gore as the previous books.

This is #4 in the Cormoran Strike Mystery series. I find myself looking forward to them while waiting for the next in the series. Typically I dislike reading a series before they are done but in this series I am willing to be patient. Lethal White was a complicated murder/crime mystery with many moving pieces and the writing was well done (or course it is since it is J.K. Rowling).
Little Spoiler : I hope for the next one Robin doesn't find herself in harms way again.
