I watched The Tatami Galaxy about a year ago absolutely loved it. When presented with the chance to read the novel that inspired it, I had to experience it once again. Needless to say, the book does not disappoint. I don't want to divulge into spoilers but I just cannot help but gush about how impactful this story was to me as a first year college student, only to have that message reinforced through my reread.
