I'm so excited now that Fireheart has been made deputy.
Another crazy installment in the Warriors series. My biggest complaint with this one is that the first 60 pages spend a lot of words recapping the previous book, even massive events. I get it's probably because the books were written for a younger audience, but still it got sort of annoying when every character had a paragraph re-introducing them. Nonetheless, the second half of this book picked up insanely fast and I sped through it in one morning because I was so engrossed.

I already like how it starts off just a few days after book 2. getting this far into the series, you really start to question the motives of certain people, and whether or not what you’ve just assumed to be true for the last two books-- may not be. I love how the writing elicits anxiety and worry in me, it was very very well done. There’s something special about the way it’s played out, and the beginning of the book is very very good. The drama is really good in this book compared to the other two, and i can just see how everything is set up to go wrong. I think the pregnancy reveal and what it’s setting up is really good as well, with the foreshadowing being there throughout the last book. the “disloyalty” between clans is so interesting to read about, and to see it play out is a really good read in my opinion. It’s very captivating and I want to know how it ends!! All the deaths in this book are really poignant and i love the way they’re played out. The twist at the end is really good, and i cant wait to read the next one. Everything was set up perfectly, and it really feels like it’s entering a new era!
i remember this being my fav tpb book as a kid. i liked all th drama :) its not As Good as i remember but still a fun read, rlyyy liked th ending. yellowfang always makes me so sad :[
