Very funny and an enjoyable read when you just want to relax!

This one was kind of confusing and hard to get into. It’s a slice of life with high schoolers getting into some antics (one a robot with a wind up key in her back and she is trying to keep that from everyone). Guns popped up a lot and there was a handful of instances of language (dumb ass and hell) which were jarring for what I thought I was reading and while I personally don’t really care about language it just felt misplaced. There weird instances of violence that aren’t exactly real but also a bit jarring.

An absolutely HILARIOS goofy, random and wholesome manga that is guaranteed to make your lighten your day!

2.5, not enough character development/plot beats to make the comedy feel worthwhile to me.

I was a bit disappointed by this volume. I have watched the first couple of episodes of the nichijou anime so I was excited to read the manga, but I am worried it might be a bit too all over the place for me. I felt like there were so many characters introduced that I didn't get a sense of many of their personalities and I found reading many of these interludes back to back a bit repetitive. I find myself concerned that this is not the way the manga was meant to be consumed, but since I have them from the library it is how I will have to read them. I am going to continue on because I already have the rest of the series, but I am worried it will not be for me.

A few of the stories are awesome, but most are just too random for where I’m at right now. 15 year old me would have loved it though.

Neither cute nor weird enough to make any kind of lasting impression though the chapter in which the principal wrestles a deer was pretty funny.
