This book was so much fun! What could be better than a murder mystery set on a space cruise ship? This was my first Mary Robinette Kowal book, but it won’t be my last!

If you are interested in reading what I would call a noir space mystery, this could be a good next read for you.  I enjoyed it & the author to me accomplished what she was trying to do for this book.

I liked so much of this book, but it was also hard to have a hero who fell into the brilliant and deserving billionaire trope, though it was nice to see that trope handed to a woman. Some of the mystery felt messy and there were parts that felt confusing or only half explained.
