3.75 stars rounded up. This book was absolutely wild in the best and worst ways. It was very entertaining and the beginning actually had me creeped out reading at night. I do think the plot twists got a little too much. I got to 80% and figured it was about over but then the rest of the book was just twist after twist. The premise was really fun and cheesy like a 90’s slasher movie. I would recommend this if you don’t take it too seriously and are just looking for a good time.

I read the whole thing hoping for some sort of shyamalanian twist but then every guess I made before I got to page 50 came true, one after the other. Maybe I’m just a hater.
