DECEMBER 2023 RE READ ! Still love it, but I.did listen to the first 8 chapter on audiobook and that was awful, but I read the rest and I loved.

Well that was delightful
This was an absolutely delightful read. Revenge. Spice. Holiday Cheer. Female self discovery. Hilarious moments. Heartwarming moments. All and all a wonderful holiday season romantic comedy.

Second season reading this, and still just as good as the first. *chefs kiss*. I will read this every year and never get tired of Damien Martinez.

3.75 ⭐️ I loved so many aspects of this book. Damien being a caring lawyer and continuing to affirm Abbie. Swoon! Just definitely couldn't stand how naive Abbie really was but glad she turned it all around and learned to stand up for herself.

this was a cute holiday read, basically Abbie gets dumped hard by a gross guy who used her and treated her badly (honestly i consider the stuff he said to her to be emotional abuse) for YEARS. she decides to get revenge and do little things to piss him off like put glitter in the vents of his car and change his coffee order to something sugary, and la piece de resistance, she decides (after seeing her ex’s boss on a dating app) to fuck his boss and go with him to the christmas party she was never invited to at the rainbow room. you’ll have to read the book to see what happens but honestly it was solid and i enjoyed reading it! plus it got me out of this reading slump ❤️
