A continually strong series from this creative team. As players on all sides of the law reckon with morality that offers no easy answers, Daredevil and those around him find themselves questioning who they've become, and who they dream of being. Dark and complex, with strong art and gripping character work, Zdarsky's storytelling continues striking that careful middle between broad superhero story and an intimate picture of flawed people trying to navigate circumstances that rarely go their way--with innocent lives hanging in the balance.

As was always going to be the case, Murdoch begins to navigate to becoming daredevil again, only with Elektra in the picture now as well, as a teacher. The drama of the arcs is good, and where the arc goes makes sense, but it is old ground being treaded on. Even if it is pleasant, it’s also more shrug worthy because it’s what is expected.
