Friends....Daddy P was WORTH THE WAIT!!! I just knew that when Kandi announced she was writing Daddy P that it was going to be an absolute banger and she did not disappoint.

I absolutely LOVED Chloe and how much she loved Ava right from the beginning. She just took her under her wing and offered to help. It was beautiful. And watching Will and Chloe fall for each other and fight so hard for it not to happen was honestly really stunning to "watch". It was so organic and heartwarming. I could actually feel Will's pain and he navigated finally having feelings for someone after his wife.

And it wouldn't be a Kandi book without talking about the spice. Hot Damn. I'll never look at a Popsicle the same way again! Every freakin scene in this book was top tier. Listen, we all fell in love with Clay when he was teaching Gi, right? Well Kandi was basically like "hold my keyboard" and upped the games. It was so hot and so good and I spent most of those scenes fanning myself.

Thoughts:
Okay kinda kicking myself that I took so long to read this book, but I was so happy when I did. I absolutely loved Chloe and Will, like he was REALLY not trying to fall for her but like any love story the chemistry was off the charts and there was so many tender moments between Chloe and Wills daughter. There was some emotional aspect of this book mainly around his daughter and you can really see them grow together and just the story line developed so well.

I do thing it was slightly too long but definitely loved the book!

Now this is what I have been looking for in this series. I love the Red Zone Rival Series. It’s what has introduced me to Kandi Steiner. This series just hasn’t given me the same emotional attachment like the RZR has until this one. So it’s easy for me to say that this is my favorite book in the series. I really liked the storyline, I liked the progression of the story. But most importantly I loved the characters, all of the characters. I think they balanced the two out but I like them both but that is all personal preference. I also haven’t found a lot of nanny romances that I have lied but this one is on the side that I enjoyed. So I’ll be intrigued to see what the rest of the series brings but it’ll have to top this one so I can’t wait to see if it does.
