Story: 5/5
Spice: 5/5

I guess I’m just a sucker for angst. This has to be my favorite so far. Will and Chloe were both so relatable. I found myself rooting for them so much and I’m happy they got their happy ending.

Overall: 4.75/5
Spice level: 4/5
Tropes: hockey, nanny/teacher & parent, sex lessons, grumpy/sunshine, he falls firs

First of all, amazing chemistry between Will and Chloe! I really adored her mission to reform his and his daughter's grumpy natures by doing things to get them to smile and even laugh.

This story had some amazing character development and really good support systems for our characters. I appreciated that Chloe's mom and grandmother worked on overcoming their misandry. They had their reasons for being man-haters but it really affected Chloe's ability to date.

I loved her making friends with Will's teammates' partners. They were the best girlfriend group.

And some of my favorite tropes are the ones where the characters are delulu thinking they can handle flings without catching feelings.

I do wish the "curvy" descriptors would've been a little less vague. Did she have a stomach? Or were these curves the more "acceptable" ones where she's more hourglass.

And who does butt stuff without prep and just takes it with no issue the first time? Ouch.

Anyway, this was a great read. I think I might go back to the first 2 books!
