That ending, oh my goodness. Brilliantly plotted with twists I didn’t see coming. Anyone else want to see Pandora and August’s parents pop up in a future book?

I really enjoyed this story. Lord Edgington is tricky but for a good cause as he helps Christopher grow his confidence. There was also another peek into Lord Edgington’s time in London working for the Yard.
Really like the interplay between grandfather and grandson. The mystery kept my interest. Love the narrator for this series and how he brings the characters to life.
Looking forward to what the duo gets up to next.
Happy Reading!

Excellent historical mystery
My second book in this series. Set in 1926 Lord Edgington and grandson Christopher set out to find a killer amongst a treasure hunt. I loved the Bright Young Things characters of Pandora, Fabian , and Augustus. A great adventure was had in the midst of this murder, possibly a double murder investigation. A variety of suspects, some red herrings and plenty of twists, all with in backdrop of London. I appreciated the 1926, post WW1 history.

Again these books do nothing but bring a smile to my face, I absolutely adore them. This one was a little more touching at the end but once again just perfect !
