Wow, this is such a tall glass of nope I don't even know where to begin.

The story, aside from the fetch-quest aspect, makes close to no sense. I blame the whiplash-inducing flashbacks and shoehorned in babble about fate for this, and boy was it bad. I read Kigurumi Guardians and fucking LOVED the artwork/art style and it fucking KILLS me to see how sub-par the artwork/art style is in this series. The characters aren't interesting, I have no clue what the stakes are outside of Himari dying, and the world has not been explained AT ALL. I ended up skipping through most of the end because I could not be bothered to care.

This was insanely disappointing and I will NOT be continuing with series. If you want something better, read Kigurumi Guardians. Yes, it was never finished, but trust me it is INFINITELY better.

I walked into this manga extremely intrigued, and the first few chapters really delivered, but I honestly started to slowly lose enjoyment (not interest though) in the manga.

yeah, this basically proves it's impossible to make this story into a manga. the anime has such an interesting visual style that is completely lost in the manga format, and the story gets so jumbled because of it. if this intrigued you even a little bit, watch the anime instead.
