Took me a while to get through the audio book, but it was worth it. Tara Brach is one of my favourite mindfulness teachers and I picked up a lot of good insight from this book. I plan on getting my own physical copy as a personal meditation reference.
I only knocked half a star because there aren’t any content warnings in the audio, and some of the stories can be pretty heavy if you’re not prepared.

What a beautiful book. I want to reread this some day.

A lot of this book is about Tara Brach's patients and how radical acceptance helped them. Many of the accounts are fairly detailed into abuse and past trauma.
