For whatever reason, I tend to hate light novels. Something about them throws me off and, until today, I haven't finished a single one, even when I love the series. I finished this one for my student but I'm glad she goaded me on. I think that, if you're a fan of light novels, this is an incredible read. As it is, I enjoyed it but I will still decline future light novels.
